Abstract:
The positive connection between blade and shaft in turbines is subject to high fatigue and creep fatigue loads. A calculation approach is available for predicting the service life of the fir-tree-shaped connection of gas turbines, which assumes that a stable state is achieved under cyclic loading. The aim of this project is to verify the existing service life concept based on the damage parameter according to Smith, Watson and Topper for the calculation of blade-disk connections under near-operational loading, taking into account the influence of neighboring blades. For this purpose, LCF tests on model bodies of a gas turbine (blade material: IN792, disk material: IN718) with a 4-stage connection at 550
