Neue Bildverarbeitungstechnologien tür die automatisierte optische Kontrolle strukturierter Oberfläc
FKM 2000
Issue No. 250
Project No. 216
Abstract:
The subject of this report is the investigation of possible applications of modern image processing technologies in the surface inspection of fast moving, multicolored and complex structured web materials. Based on a practical application profile from the field of textile printing, the equipment and process components of such a system were evaluated. The technical investigations focused on color line scan cameras, direct beam and fiber optic illumination devices, the use of multi-processor card systems and MMxTM- color calibration procedures and further developed and formulated approaches for online use to correct color deviations. Due to the high and pattern diversity with simultaneous real-time processing of large amounts of data, pattern-matching image processing methods were developed at a low For the pixel- and segment-oriented image-image comparison as well as the actual matching operations, various, partly new or methods for distortion correction, repeat determination, image pre-processing and the research work, it was shown by way of example that the use of visual quality control of multicolored, complex patterned textile web materials can be transferred to other industries.
