These terms and conditions can be used when the contractor's personnel are deployed on site at the customer's premises.
This work may be performed independently of other contracts or in addition to, for example, a supply contract. This may involve assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, maintenance or adaptation of products or systems belonging to the contractor or third parties. However, they are not intended to be used for purely intangible work such as programming. This means that any service related to a delivery, for example, can be regulated by means of this contract.

The contract template contains two contract versions, one that provides for a flat-rate remuneration for the service and one that provides for proportional remuneration. Both contract templates are included on the CD that comes with the package.
