These terms and conditions can be used if the contractor's personnel are deployed on site at the customer's premises.
This work can be carried out independently of other contracts or in addition to a supply contract, for example. This may involve assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, maintenance, adaptation of products or systems of the Contractor or of third parties. However, they are not intended to be used for purely immaterial work such as programming work. For example, any service in connection with a delivery can be covered by this contract.

The sample contract contains two contract versions, namely one that provides for flat-rate remuneration for the service and one that provides for proportional remuneration. Both sample contracts are on the CD included in the package.
